As reported by BBC, Google has unveiled a tool that allows users to customize and refine their search queries. Besides already existing and useful advanced search options that Google offers, users now will be able to re-order, remove or add specific web search results. This means the next time they perform the same search, the personalised version will pop up.
"The idea is for Google to adapt to a new movement of the web to become more participatory," said Google's product manager, Cedric Dupont, and adds "[t]he SearchWiki is about giving users more control over their search results and increasing user happiness."
